Great location close to attractions, shopping, transportation. Host provided prompt responses to any concerns/questions we posed. Unit is well equipped however could have been cleaner e.g. floors were dusty. Washer/dryer took too long to wash & dry our clothes. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Great location

The apartment was great - amazing location and very clean. The only downside was it could do with more seating. Only a sofa bed and 2 small chairs so we had to sit around the table as well. All the bedrooms were a good size and very secure apartment.

A great apartment and a great stay

The apartment was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable. We are 3 friends who greatly appreciated the 3 well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, the quiet neighborhood location, and the ease of visiting throughout the city. We also were pleased that the hosts advised on and arranged airport transportation for us, which went smoothly. Our side trip to Naples and Herculaneum was great, booked with the help of recommendations from our host.

Close to attractions but bad neighborhood and building

We were a family of four staying at the property. The apartment would likely be small for more people than that. The living room is very small, with just one couch that seats two people, as is the kitchen. There is a dining table that can seat 6. Each room has one double bed and there is a bathroom for each. The bathrooms are nice. The pictures are accurate but the apartment is older than it seems and I saw a few bugs in one room. The building is very old and not in a great neighborhood. There was always a lot of garbage outside the building and graffiti which made the entrance very bad. It is convenient to the Piazza del Popolo. Just a short 5 minute walk and the apartment does have all amenities needed. The staff is helpful and when an air conditioner broke they immediately fixed it. Each room has air so the entire apartment can be cool, which is nice in the summer. The apartment is not terrible but just okay. Nothing special and my main complaint is it is not worth what they charge. This said. It has pluses and minuses so someone else may enjoy it fine.

Amazing stay in Rome.

Just got back from our stay. Great location! Close to subway for easy access to all the sites in Rome. Many great restaurants within walking distance. The owners of this property were very helpful with any requests. We would highly recommend.

Felt at home...

Nice to have 3 larger bedroom with 3 real sized beds (not 2 twins) in a room. And we each had own full bathroom. We felt at home. Good shower pressure - contrary to another review. Sarah answered all questions and very helpful as we planned our trip!!! Very central - walking, taxi all near by and great espresso shop just out the front door. Could use a google WiFi or similar to extend better WiFi in bedrooms. But we managed.

Wonderful Villa in Rome

My family and I had a wonderful time in this Villa near the ancient city of Rome. Place was immaculate and communication with Sarah was outstanding. She also arranged airport pickup as well as tour guides while we were there. Beds comfortable and air conditioning after a long hot day in Rome was a god send. Nescafe machine was great for morning expresso. Could easily walk to most historic sites in Rome. Nice little grocery shop near villa for all your needs. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurant choices. Only negative was shower pressure was week. If they could somehow fix that it would be awesome. We had a wonderful time and will be back!
