Gorgeous and lordly apartment fully refurbished in February 2024. Located in a quiet street in the elegant “Trieste” district, is in a strategic position as Villa Ada, Villa Borghese, Luiss University and “Coppedè” district (famous for its mix of Liberty, Art Decò and Baroque style buildings) are at walking distance (all within 15 minutes walking radius).
Well connected with Rome historic center by public transportation, about 25 mins to Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome. The sophisticated modern furnishings blend perfectly with the ancient architectural elements of the building such as the stuccoed ceilings.
Ideal for a family or two couples, it is composed of two double bedrooms (beds 160x200 cms), two bathrooms with showers and a huge living room with dining area and open kitchen.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the living room and in each bedroom), autonomous heating, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer machine and dishwashing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
The balcony in front of the apartment door is not part of the apartment, it's common transit area for the neighbors of the building, therefore it cannot be occupied with personal objects and people should not stop there.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 160 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
