Dear guest, thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your stay in Fiumicino and for having spent your time writing your report. Your feedback is precious for us because it helps us to know where we have to take action and how to do it. We are sorry for you for having found the room dirty, it is unacceptable. We have discussed this situation with housekeeping department and we are going to work differently in order to guarantee high standard quality service.
