I didn’t like the hotel for that price it was the biggest rip of of hotel for the room we had they just take advantage of foreigners that go there TV didn’t work blow dryer didn’t work and it was a musty smell in the room the only thing nice at that hotel were the two girls at the front desk they were kind and helpful it was like a motel eight

Convenient hotel with regular shuttle bus to the airport.(€6 pp). Shower system was bad as there was hardly any hot water and water pressure was bad. Other than that, everything else was good.

Room was very small.Just wide enough for a double bed and two nightstands. Had numerous problems with TV and electrical outlets. Technician was not able to resolve the issues and finally had to move us to another room at 9 pm. Upon check in found only four hangers in closet. Hot pot in room but no cups. Only had decaf coffee and tea in room. Had to go to bar in main lobby to retrieve ice. Found one bottle of water in room. Only paper product was toilet paper, no tissues in room.Housekeeping had put hand soap dispenser in shower and shampoo dispenser at sink. Breakfast was included in our rate, however we were challenged at breakfast telling us we were not entitled. Shuttle bus driver to and from Airport was less than friendly. Asked to be dropped off at arrivals and he refused, saying he only dropped at departures. On the positive side, front desk staff was very cooperative and accommodating. The technician that worked on our room technical issues was exceptional.He probably spent an hour working our issues with no success and then assisted us moving to a different room. Have stayed at other Mercure properties and found this one to be at the bottom of the scale. Disappointed to say the least.

Shower was moldy, only 1 towel for 2 person 2 bed room. Called front desk for more towels nobody came, no soap or shampoo in shower. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. You would expect more or higher quality for a 300 euro price gouged room by the airport. Have to pay 6 euro each person for airport shuttle.

Above average airport hotel... restaurant on sight. Clean modern spacious room...good size bathroom....wake up service and shuttles...will call taxi if earlier than shuttle service hours. Great experience .I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I’m in Rome.

Great hotel near fumicino airport. They have their shuttle service to and from hotel for only 6 euros per person. Grear restaurant inside, and breakfast service in the morning. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greeting you with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at the start of our holiday August 29 to sept 1) and one night at end. Made the booking the same time. I was disappointed when the breakfast was not included on our return booking. The staff was unable to explain what the difference was regarding the 2 bookings as per night pricing was the same. Friendlier check in would have been appreciated.
