Located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent connections to the city center, you can enjoy the city away from the tourist areas while still having all essential services close at hand.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and ideal for a couple.

Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport are all just a short walk away.

The heart of the home is the cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

The large bedroom, complete with a smart working area, guarantees maximum comfort.

To complete the experience, a lovely balcony is ideal for enjoying an aperitif in the open air, immersed in the quiet of the neighborhood.

Guests will have access to an apartment with a bedroom featuring a smart working area and balcony, a full bathroom with shower, and a living room with a kitchenette that opens onto a second balcony – perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

The second bedroom is available only on request for larger groups and involves an extra charge on the standard rate.

Guests will receive the keys (building entrance and apartment door), which must be returned at check-out.

There are no fixed times for entering or leaving the apartment – just follow the good rules of living in a residential building!

Other things to keep in mind

The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Early check-in may be possible upon request and availability.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a €20 surcharge will apply.

For arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, a €50 surcharge will apply.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

There are no entry or exit time restrictions for the building.

Guests will be given the keys (main entrance and apartment door), to be returned upon departure.

In case of loss or damage to the keys, guests will be charged for replacement.

Unregistered guests are not allowed in the apartment.

Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed the number specified in the reservation.

Please remember to turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and other appliances when not in use. Thank you!
