Luminous apartment in the quiet Flaminio area, 2 minutes walk from the Music Bridge, a few minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium, Ponte Milvio, MAXXI Museum, Flaminio Stadium and the Olympic Theater.

The house is on the third floor with a lift (you need to climb 8 steps to get to the lift), has an entrance hall, a living room with two sofas, table and chairs, Smart TV, a bedroom with a queen size bed, wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (with a welcome pod kit), toaster, juicer, blender, cappuccino maker, microwave. The apartment has two bathrooms: one inside the bedroom with tub/shower and one in the corridor with a shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (double bedroom and living room), free wi-fi internet connection, heating, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, baby cot, towels and bed linens.

On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport to the apartment.

For arrivals between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and is subject to availability.

For stays longer than 20 nights the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at a price of €0.40 per kWh. In the case of stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit for utilities of €150.00 is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old) to be paid in cash upon arrival.

From the apartment it is possible to walk in 5 minutes to the number 32 bus stop which will take you in a few stops to Piazza S. Pietro and the Ottaviano area full of shops. At the same stop it is possible to take the 280 which takes you directly to Trastevere, a characteristic area of Rome for clubs and restaurants or the 628 which in less than 20 minutes will take you to Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.

A few minutes walk away is the tram stop n.2 which in 15 minutes will take you to Piazza del Popolo and from there Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna and Villa Borghese can be reached quickly on foot.

In Piazza del Popolo you will also find the "Flaminio" metro stop on Line A which in a few minutes will take you to St. Peter's and the Vatican or to Termini station.

The apartment can be reached from Fiumicino or Ciampino airports by arriving by train or bus at Termini station and from there take the metro line A (red) to Ottaviano or Lepanto and then bus 32 or 280 or bus 910 to the stop Melozzo da Forlì. From the bus stop, the apartment is a 5 minute walk.

The neighborhood is full of clubs, restaurants and pizzerias. The supermarket is 350 meters away.
