The room is newly designed. It would of been a pleasant stay based on location and accessibility, especially with the way New Saint Peter was advertised... unfortunately there were many points as to why it was a bit disappointing. We advanced booked 2 seperate stays. On the first stay, after the first night, the air conditioner did not work. On the second stay, on the first night the air conditioner started leaking soaking the floor. In general, as well, we were not informed that the place being stayed at was under construction and that elevator was out of service despite being up 3 flights of stairs with luggage (*note for those disabled or with wheelchair). We were only informed after the booking was unrefundable. We asked for a refund for the second stay as we wanted to change our mind, but was not allowed.

Broken elevator. No front lobby and did not receive instructions in advance to know service was from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm we arrived after 2:00 door was locked. Don’t keep your luggage after 2:00 pm because no one is onsite to assist you. Location is good, place is clean, a/c broke and was fixed next morning. Room recently renovated and nice.

Great place to stay!

Everything was clean. It was quiet and off the busy street below. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the Vatican museums. Great communication from the hosts. Would stay there again!

This is a beautiful property which I would have rated five stars if there had been a lift in operation. The four flights were difficult to navigate. Thank goodness for staff member Maria, who carried the big luggage up and down for us. I am 78 and would not have stayed here had I been aware that the elevator was not operational. However, the facility is absolutely charming, Stephania was friendly, helpful, and delightful to deal with. If you're young and in good shape, stay here . . . it's a lovely facility.

Great Place to stay in Rome

The room is small like all in Italy, but is imazingly organize and the decor is really nice to the smallest detail, the hosts valeria and Stephania are imazing thay gave us tips to dine, tours, etc.

The room I reserved was adequate for two people, but it wasn't appropriate for four. The bathroom size raised significant concerns. I recommend avoiding the lift in the building; it stops suddenly, and there is no assistance available. Instead, please use the stairs.

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Walking distance to the Vatican and so many places to eat around there. Stefanía and Valeria are the perfect hosts. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and were always very helpful with whatever questions we had. We are planning to go back to Rome and will definitely be staying there again. The host is very accommodating and will proactively message you on WhatsApp to help you get in comfortably. The room is clean and will have room service daily. The TV and wifi is set up already. Great attention to detail.
