Exceptional service every step of the way. Beautiful hotel. Incredible dinner and breakfast service and perfectly located. I typically stay in large well know luxury brands but decided to take a chance on this one given the pictures, price and location. Was not disappointed and will stay here during future visits.

This property is phenomenal and far surpassed our expectations! The aesthetic is stunning, the service is impeccable, the location is perfect, and the coffee is some of the best we’ve tasted! We’ve found that “5 stars” in Europe does not always align with expectations, but Palazzo Roma certainly earns its rating. The one small issue is that we booked 2 rooms, and the air conditioning was not fully functioning in either. The room with less air was immediately upgraded (to one of the more beautiful rooms I’ve ever seen-the AC in this room was perfect). The way that the staff dealt with this issue was very professional and hugely appreciated, but if there is a way to ensure that air in all room is functioning at full capacity, this hotel would be unparalleled. Overall, could not more highly recommend!!

This property was perfect for our short stay in Rome. It was luxurious, well maintained, the staff were all fabulous…attentive and thoughtful, the location was perfect and the beds very comfortable! We were able to walk to the most popular sights in Rome within about 10 minutes from this location. It was a safe area with shopping and restaurants close by. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We went to Rome for our anniversary and the staff of this hotel was incredible! We have never had a better customer service experience than this hotel. The operations manager, Oliver, and his entire staff were unbelievably warm and catered to every need that we had. I recommend this hotel to anybody who has a romantic getaway to Rome!

Incredible property, amazing staff

We had the most amazing time at Palazzo Roma! We stayed for six nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was incredible - especially the wonderful staff! We especially loved our room. We travel all the time and this was easily one of our favorite hotels ever. Excellent location too! Lots of crowds outside due to the Christmas holiday but the second we stepped inside the hotel, it was a quiet, beautiful retreat from it all. Also, the bed was exceptionally comfortable! Loved everything at Palazzo Roma!

This is *the* best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, we loved being able to walk to all the sites. The breakfasts every morning were delicious. But, the best part of it all was the staff. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, it truly was a five star experience. My only critique was no outlet by the nightstand to charge my phone.

This was an amazing place to stay and we would certainly go back when in Rome. The staff, particularly Oliver the manager, were exceptional. The breakfast, which is included in the price, was delicious. Beautiful building with incredible art, perfect location for walking to sites, shops and restaurants right around the corner. In particular, the dining rooms and bar are stunning, filled with history, art and italian character. I'd say this met my expectations, but only because I did a lot of research and was expecting a fantastic stay. One thing to note, is that all the rooms are different; when we booked on Expedia we spent the extra money for a Premium room, in which the pictures showed a fireplace, sitting area with sofa, armchairs, king bed, and separate bathtub and shower in the bathroom. (I also checked the hotel website description as well, which was the same). Upon arrival, we were taken to a very small room, not particularly pretty, but with an absolutely gorgeous new bathroom w walk-in closet. Given our expectations for the room based on price and photos, we were disappointed. Thankfully, the manager Oliver, after hearing about our concerns, brought us to a room (which resulted in an upgrade due to room availalbity) which was beautiful. If we had been kept in the first room we were given, we would have been very disappointed. So that's my only negative to an otherwise perfect stay.
