This hotel was great. It is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood with access to multiple buses. Bonus, it’s located 30mins from all the activities. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. The garden is beautiful. You can actually see parrots flying by now and again, (they are wild animals in Italy). The food provided in the dinning area was great. I never had an issue, not one night. I ate breakfast there 3 times and dinner once. It was good. One of my highlights was when I told the concierge that it was my birthday so, I’m going out to dinner. When I got back in that night, there was a bowl of fruits and a card waiting for me in my room. That was so sweet. I would absolutely recommend Massimi to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Food was exceptional and breakfast was first class with an amazing choice of fresh food and choice you could not beat. Lovely Hotel, my room was clean and had everything I needed, The on site restaurant was amazing the food was top class and prices reasonable. My only critique is its far away from Rome (City) they do put on a shuttle bus in the morning and pick up to a local Metro but was limited to certain times. Overall a great Hotel.

The staff are professional and kind, breakfast is fantastic but the room we were allocated smells like septic tank. We tried to open the windows and left it for hours while we went for dinner but after hours, the smell still unbearable and very uncomfortable. We asked for another room which we had for 1 night while they will fix the problem in the room. Their maintenance person confirmed it was really horrible stinky smell coming from the men's urinals. Each room has men's urinals and a separate water sealed toilet. The next day, the staff at reception confirmed that they had fixed the problem and we have to go back to our original room as they are fully booked. We kindly tried again but we end up sleeping with our windows wide open all night and get on with our last 2 days in the property. On our last day, I had a temperature and a very bad sore throat. I would not recommend this room 504 to anyone.

Breakfast buffet 5⭐️!!! Location not the greatest.

Reception staff welcoming.They provided me with a map and pointed out the “nearby” attractions. The hotel is far from most everything so I was bummed about that. My hope was to mainly walk to these locations. Not possible.They offer a hotel shuttle several times throughout the day, to a specific, to and from. From there you can take the metro to city center. Finding my way back to the shuttle pick spot was impossible for me. I got lost, but then again my sense of direction is awful. Once in the city center, wow! It was exactly why I came to Rome. I used uber (taxi) most of my trip and it was pricey. Needless to say, the hotel was clean, bed comfy. I will say the room is tiny and my view (trees) was not so great. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I could hear all of the commotion from downstairs staff in the early am. Chairs, dishes, garbage getting dumped, etc. The best part was breakfast! Kind staff greeted me in the morning.Served from 7-10:30am, buffet style. Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.
