This property is an excellent choice. My family stayed in the two bedroom condo which was comfortable, clean and safe. We were able to walk to the major areas of Rome and many excellent dining options. There is even a grocery store where we bought breakfast items and snacks. The staff arranged excellent airport pickup and Taxi to train station to travel to our next adventure. The staff was able to answer our travel questions. Look no further for the best place to stay in Rome. Most of all felt safe. We will book again .

Central location, easy to walk anywhere nearby, great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Marvin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and ammenities were great. Mini Split AC unit worked GREAT in the room.

The location was ideal for is as we wanted to be in the heart of everything which we were! The check in was not your typical desk with staff. We met the two very helpful ladies and got an explanation of the area and the key to the room. The room was adequate for size and bathroom - no view from the room but we were not planning on spending much time in the room as there was too much to see in Rome! There was a wonderful street Bar right outside our door that we finished off every night by visiting. We were in our “hood” we said but very safe feeling area with nightlife all around. The cost for the room was inexpensive so if you are not looking for luxury then this is a very good option. We would stay here again.

Great location. Walked to Vatican City and Colosseum. Lots of great restaurants around. The dinner spot front desk recommended was so good we went twice. The recommended lunch place was not great. Hot in room at night but that seems to be worse at other hotels. Charming and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!

I only stayed for one night, but everything was perfect. Communication was smooth and prompt from start to finish. The space was beautifully decorated and very well-maintained. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of plush pillows and luxurious linens. The room I chose was quiet and spacious—easily suitable for two people—and featured a large, bathroom with plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Also, reliable internet and strong AC. It was very peaceful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: a nice-sized fridge, complimentary bottled water, a kettle with tea bags—ideal for tea drinkers like me. The location couldn't have been better—just behind Piazza Navona, placing me right in the heart of everything. A special thank you to Charmaine, who went above and beyond by bringing all my luggage to the room while I was out for lunch. She even took the time to hang up my sweater and texted to let me know everything was ready for check-in whenever I was. Initially, I had some concerns about the lack of a dedicated private entrance, but as soon as I rang the hotel’s dedicated buzzer, I was warmly greeted and assisted with my suitcases right away. I would definitely stay again.
