This hotel is outstanding!! The grounds are incredible - you feel you are in paradise - birds chirping and beautiful old trees and estate buildings just 10 minutes from Fiumicino. The SPA facilities are unique - especially the underground silent area - staff so friendly and professional; we had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was fantastic!! Have stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world and this is one of the best!

The spa was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there on a Sunday so the spa was very busy. Lots of brides to be and their friends. Even so there was lots of room and it didn’t impact our experience that much.

This was the most beautiful property which was relaxing and classy. After a multi city 2week tour of Italy it was quite lovely to end in a stunning place which offered complete relaxation. Upscale dinner was lovely and so was the oversized soaker tub in the room which soothed after my very physical trip. Regretted not staying longer for even more rest before the big flight home. Close to airport. Hotel Shuttle way cheaper than uber. Mixture of locals and tourists all relaxing in the sounds of the huge trees and nature. A bit of Florence in the middle of Rome. All went well.

Disappointed

We arrived late and the staff was able to get us room service 10 minutes after it was closed. They also told us we could check-out an hour later since we arrived late due to a flight delay. So kudos on that. The room was spacious and clean. The issues started in the morning. A trickle of running water (this is their top-end suite). When we called and it came on, it was sandy and discolored for some time. The buffet food was ok, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle they offered to the airport is VERY infrequent, so we had to wait an hour for the next one. We had hoped to get a cold soda while we waited. We were told “it’s not possible.” We stayed at a wonderful hotel in Milan where the nightly cost was twice as much, but they bent over backwards to be helpful. The breakfast was awesome and they always had drinks of all kinds available in their courtyard. The place we stayed in Trieste was half the cost of this Rome stay at this property. Yet the service and willingness to be helpful was still better. Disappointed.

Good hotel for one day stay

It was good! Overall, it's a wonderful spot to stay if you're catching a flight and need some time around the airport. The restaurant needs a lot of help. The waitresses was very unfriendly and didnt want to be there.

Was a great place to finish our trip to Italy. The accommodations couldn’t been any better. The spa the grounds and our candle lit dinner where all better than expected. The airport shuttle was quick and easy the next morning

Just an ok experience.

It's a nice Hotel. But it is also a Spa & Resort, where local guests purchase "day passes" to gain access to it, which makes it crowded, bringing the level of the experience down. Beautiful settings though.

Repeat customers and would go again!

Very enjoyable stay. A large variety was offered for both breakfast and lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. Happy hour is a very special event with drinks and snacks provided. The spa was amazing as well as the selection of pools. There is plenty of loung chairs all over the property to enjoy. Very close to Fiumincino airport.

Grounds were remarkable, all areas were such a nice discovery and relaxing experience. Lunch was spectacular, dinner was OK, not as nice as lunch, expected a more relaxed casual meal vs the higher end menu. Complimentary spa service included was deceiving as it was just a to go packet do it your self mask left in the room, or a true “spa service”. Also property usage amenities were extra, which was a surprise since we were staying overnight. Bath samples were nice but not available for purchase online unfortunately. Staff was extremely accommodating and first class service all around.
