Incredible place!

It was a great place to stay. The breakfast was one of a kind, with fresh and healthy food from a farm. They were so nice and attentive to your needs like ordering a taxi and providing whatever you wanted.

What a wonderful place! Nelson and Lucrezia both made us feel like part of the family. From arrival to the amazing breakfast to 24-hour snacks to helping us arrange for bag storage after checkout, suggesting things to see - all amazing! They made us feel so at home. Excellent Boutique hotel near American Embassy

The hotel Relais Donna Lucezia is a delightful boutique hotel with 8 rooms. The rooms are large, well-furnished and come with all sorts of extras. Delightful snacks are available 24/7. A complementary bottle of wine greats all guests. The manager/cook/concierage is Nelson, who took care of all our needs. The building has been in the family for many years and they care about it. We saw the owner vacuuming along with the maid. Perfectly located near major sites but on a quiet street. We came here because of the 5 Star reviews and they were accurate. We would definitely stay here again. Ciao Bella!

My favorite place to stay in Rome. The location is excellent! Walkable to great shopping, dining, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Termini station, you name it! Friendly staff and owners make you feel like family. Breakfast is great with so many options and delicious juices and coffees.

Love this place! Two ways to enter/exist hotel. A crazy old time elevator to use, but it works well. Street is beat up, dingy and dirty, but once you’re inside it’s very “niice”. We walked this area at night and Borghese area is higher class. The American consulate is just down the road too. The rooms are nicely decorated, but on small side with king bed. I would recommend the next room size if available. Only caveat is finding the place. There is no big sign, just look for the 4 large pillars and rod iron door. Push button for Lucrezia and a very nice man will guide you. Ciao

The staff was very helpful in recovering a lost cell phone from a taxi from the hotel to the Vatican. The breakfast was very good. All the food was fresh with a wide variety of choices.

Lovely hotel

This hotel is really lovely and the that run it are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is nice and there is access to water, tea, coffee and lovely pastries throughout the day for free.

This is a lovely small family run hotel that is very Italian in its roots and pride. We enjoyed our stay very much. The building the hotel is housed in had offices and other residential facilities., which we did not expect! The hotel itself is quaint but well run. The breakfast is truly superb. We would recommend if you don’t want a big chain experience.

We loved the location - very convenient and the borghese gardens nearby! The hotel was very clean and staff excellent. Breakfast was excellent and hearty! I wish we had had more time to enjoy it! A lovely small hotel. The rooms were comfy and well-appointed, breakfast was good, and the location was within walking distance (20 minutes) of a large cluster of ancient sights to see. I would happily stay there again.

Quiet room near Borghese gardens and Spanish steps

Front desk was very responsive to our inquiries. Airport transfer arranged with them was efficient and cost effective. We didn’t arrange any tours through them. Bed and couch were comfortable. Biscotti were available, but breakfast service wasn’t offered early enough for us to enjoy prior to our Vatican tour.

Hotel/B&B mash-up

We stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, bathroom was spotless, bed comfortable and breakfast tasty. We found the location to be excellent for us, and there multiple restaurants that we enjoyed within 5 minutes walk. Like others have said, this is more a B&B than a hotel. Not a bad thing, but not a traditional hotel. It's located on the 2nd floor of an old house that also contains apartments and business. This would be perfect for 3 days, but we missed a bar, a lounge to sit and read, and a gym that a "hotel" offers.
