Cutest hotel ever! And customer service is the best! They left a handwritten note and a bottle of Prosecco for us in the room as a welcome. The room was beautiful and the most comfortable bed I slept in the whole trip. Highly recommended!

Charm, exceptional value, fantastic location

Exceptional location, price and service. Upon arrival, the front desk was overly friendly and helpful; very much appreciated when traveling in a new country and city. The hotel is beyond charming with a courtyard and wood beam ceilings. The breakfast was as expected with delicious pastries and the option to eat in the breakfast room or in the courtyard under the Olive tree. Location is steps from the plaza with multiple restaurants and bars, however, with that comes noise late into the evening.

The property itself was very beautiful inside and the staff were very friendly. However, the walls are paper thin and people constantly coming and going all hours, it was very noisy. Great place if you are younger and enjoy late nights.

Great hotel with good restaurants nearby

This hotel is a charming gem situated in the vibrant Trasvetere area. Great for transport links and good places to eat. Lovely helpful staff and a very good selection for breakfast. Our room was well equipped. We particularly liked the charming courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a noisy area and there is a lot of street work that happens during the night. It's in a great location and the staff is very nice. I recommend the location but I also recommend the hotel let future guest know when there is construction happing on the street by the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a former convent in the Trastevere neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean rooms, very nice breakfast. Everyone made us feel comfortable, right at home.

The staff went above and beyond. I had a hard time finding the hotel and the front desk attendant answered my call and stayed on the phone with me while he waited outside in the street. He carried my bags all the way to my room, which was spacious and clean. Exceptional job, I will be returning.

Fantastic boutique hotel

We LOVE this little hotel! The staff was just wonderful, the rooms were so charming with the charm you would expect in a quaint Italian hotel. The area was great for food and we found everything walkable. My husband and I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our time and found the staff to be most helpful and kind. The room was a decent size and the bathroom spacious enough with good water pressure. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. It was buffet style. On our way from the terminal station to the hotel on a crowded bus , 2 stops from the hotel I was pickpocketed by a clever woman. Without credit cards was upsetting but the staff at the hotel were particularly kind and allowed me to use their phone etc to cancel credit cards.

The Garden rooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional Note there is a night club across the street so it was noisy several times through the night. The complimentary procesco was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed sitting in the garden sipping and visiting with other guests. We would stay here again
