hu Roma is a nice property, but beware of the of the standard bungalow. It is basically a room that is connected to another room in one large trailer looking thing (it doesn't move though). It's nice and charming, but if you happen to have rowdy neighbors, you're cooked as the walls are as thin as paper. Ours kept myself and my two children up all night the first night. The front desk is not 24 hours and we got no help until the next day, when *we* were moved and not them. Kind of ridiculous, but whatever. The property is nice. We were there in April so the pools were closed, but there is a store, restaurant, playground .. everything you could need. If you are trying to visit the city/ruins, please be ready to pay for 15 to 20 minute cab rides. This is a suburb and not close to the actual city all. If you're a walker like I am, you might find it difficult to just set out and "see some sights". There is a bus stop right outside the property, so it's easy to hail a bus,cab or Uber, and a grocery/all purpose store across the street (just walk over the bridge). The restaurant was more convenient than good. All in all it was okay. I did like that it is gated and I felt relatively safe with my family. I probably would not stay there again though.

The property is beautiful and cozy, with plenty of amenities and things to do. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Also, getting to the city is very easy, as there is a bus stop right in front of the property. The 246B bus takes you to Cornelia metro station. As per the room, we stayed in one of the tent rooms which was very comfortable and clean, with a full bathroom and a cute porch. But do note the walls and roof are made of canvas, so it can get quite cold at night if you’re not prepared. This was not a problem for my girlfriend and I as we go camping often and are used to it. Also, we stayed here in mid-April so I cannot speak for the room temperature in the other months. My only complaint is the noise at night. The property is on a busy road and across the street from a medical centre, so you will often hear ambulances throughout the night. Some light noise from traffic too. Since we were staying in a tent, there is no protection from the noise. Bring earplugs if you want to get a good sleep. However, I cannot speak for the other types of rooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come back!

A clean and tidy place to stay during holidays. Fairly priced. It’s far from city centre (Roma Termini). Bed was comfy and overall stay was excellent. A bit problem was at the check in. It took approximately 7-8 minutes to check in. So it’s 4.6 out of 5 for me.

Was very basic. Bad instructions from staff on how to find the place. Was very very noisy at night, not able to sleep in uncomfortable beds, and impossible to reach the bunk bed with no ladder!! Restaurant was not value for money. Glad we only stayed one night.

Nice setup rooms in Resort Park style. Birds singing most of the time reminding of natural country. Only issue is that even with one week stay, we had to empty the garbage ourselves but that is not a huge problem since the bins are located close to our room. Overall very nice and we will definitely stay in “Hu Roma properties “ if we come back to Italy.
