The room was as advertised, and I appreciated the detailed check-in process provided to me about a week before my trip, which included images with instructions since there is not a front desk. Hotel is very close to the Roma Termini train station, which is why I booked it. It's a 35-minute train ride from the airport, but I was taking a train to the cruise port at Civitavecchia the next day. The staff that communicated prior to my stay were incredible.
