Beautiful room and bathroom. Very quiet, great AC. Perfect location. Coffee and tea in the room. No working elevator,which might be a problem for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Just not a hotel I would choose normally I found it very impersonal, the girl on the reception didn’t catch her name or introduce herself. We had a late flight had to vacate or room by 10:30am! Told we could leave our luggage in a store room! Told it had a toilet yes but no running water! No AC until May I knew that but couldn’t leave window open because of street noise. Loved the location but would not stay again

The hotel photos bear very little resemblance to the actual rooms and facilities. The hotel is shabby, run down and scruffy. I had no mattress protector on my bed. The walls were chipped and scuffed. The communal carpets were mucky and not vacuumed. I felt very unsafe not having a receptionist from 5pm-9am everyday. The usb point in my room did not work. When pointing out these things to the receptionist on my first day I was told that she couldn’t do anything and she’d only been in the job two days so what did I expect her to do. Would not recommend. I feel the photos online are very misleading.

Good position close to via veneto and Metro in a quiet street with restaurants close by. Our shower door fell off but the staff were attentive in getting it fixed. Our aircon was struggling due to the August heatwave but other rooms seemed cooler. Would recommend for the price so long as you don't mind walking up stairs as the lift is installed but not yet authorised.

Great room, shame about the acoustics

Our room was beautifully decorated and we loved our stay but sadly we could hear people walking about their room in the early hours and the air condition system was very difficult to control appropriately.

The perfect place for a Roman Holiday

Positive right from the beginning - the team arranged a private pick up for us from the airport , the welcome at the hotel was warm and very informative and the roof was a standout !! there was so much within walking distance from the Spanish Steps, shopping and some great restaurants

We asked for toilet paper at 1130pm and they refused to bring it until 8am the next morning. Aren’t they supposed to be a hotel? Not impressed.

Very quiet neighborhood

A decent room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Located in a quiet street near the Metro and close to busses. Staff were very helpful and friendly assisting with the bags and even folding pyjamas when making up the room. Bar fridge well stocked at reasonable prices. No veiw from the room but good value for the money.
