. We had a great time during our stay, and everything was very comfortable. Two people who truly made our visit extra special were Philip at the front desk and Ana Maria, our room attendant. Both were excellent human beings and a pleasure to interact with. Philip went above and beyond—he personally ensured we had our breakfast packed the day we had to leave early in the morning, knowing we had paid for it. That kind of care and attention made a big difference. Ana Maria also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and perfectly tidy every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel truly welcomed and at home. Thanks to them, we fell in love with Rome even more. The only downside was an interaction with the night shift front desk staff. Unfortunately, he was not very helpful or pleasant. I requested bathroom tissue, which never arrived, and his general attitude didn’t reflect the level of service we experienced from the rest of the team. Aside from that one incident, everyone else we encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming.

Excellent stay, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was top notch. Location is walking distance to the city centre and if walking isn’t for you it’s right next to a metro station, very convenient after 8 hours of walking around the colosseum and forum.
