Ylellinen huoneisto sijaitsee ylellisellä ja keskeisellä paikalla, aivan kuuluisalla Piazza di Spagnalla.

Koostuu kahdesta makuuhuoneesta, kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta, olohuoneesta minikeittiöllä.

Huoneisto sijaitsee hiljattain remontoidun 1500-luvun rakennuksen kolmannessa kerroksessa, jossa on upouusi hissi.

The apartment is a very clean modern apartment in a wonderful location. The air and water work great! This is the perfect apartment if you are looking for a couple of clean and comfortable beds and clean modern bathrooms with a jetted tub to soak after long days out and about in Rome. Communication with the host is great and check-in and check-out are smooth and easy.

The stay was a brief four night stay. The check-in process was a little undesirable as you have to meet someone outside a busy neighborhood, so they can help direct you to the apartment. That person was named Marco who was very helpful in getting us settled in. In Italy, it is required to show your passports and pay a boarding tax when staying in vacation rentals. Marco was helpful in providing local places to dine. The unit itself also provides valuable Information in the area. The apartment itself was about par for cleanliness. Plenty of towels are provided and the showers were very clean. The AC works very well. Another desirable part of the unit was the noise level, there was none. It was very quiet at night and throughout the day. Large televisions with streaming platforms and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were very clean, one of the bathroom showers has a steamer, which came in handy as my son was dealing with a cold and congestion. The spa tub is a nice touch. The location of the apartment is probably as good as it gets. Settled near the Spanish Steps and in the heart of a shopping district for high end stores. Also very close to taxi stands and the metro train. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes to choose from. We found that many places were walkable (1M). Communication with the management company was good as they provided quick response to inquiries. Overall I was pleased with the apartment and would gladly revisit.

Best location apartment

Booking and check-in was straightforward. Location is amazing. Kitchen is available but no clothes washer and dryer. Overall, easy access to good restaurants, metro, and taxis.

The location of this property cannot be beat. It is literally steps away from the bottom of the Spanish Steps, directly across the street from Valentino. The door, entranceway, hallways, and elevator are impressive. Beautiful white marble, tastefully appointed. The unit contains two large bedrooms, and two large bathrooms. The larger of the two bathrooms, which contains the larger of the two showers, is oddly located directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, while the smaller of the two bathrooms, which contains a very small shower with a shower curtain, is located adjacent to the master bedroom. The matresses are exceedingly comfortable as are the pillows. The bedroom windows have both curtains and shutters so it is possible to blackout the light while sleeping. The master bedroom has the jacuzzi tub which is featured so prominently in the photos. We did not use it as it was very hot while we were there and we did not feel like a hot bath. The a/c performed like a champ, and was probably one of the best features of the unit. Given the temperatures outside, it kept the unit very cool and it kept us very comfortable. The kitchen/sitting area is quite basic. Functional, but that's about it.The check-in / checkout processes were seamless, despite our nighttime arrival and early morning departure.

We had a truly memorable stay, and was the perfect base for exploring the city.The apartment was exactly as described for a family of 4 with 2 young kids—clean, comfortable, fantastic air conditioning with elevator access and centrally located to the major attractions including high end retail stores. Amazing location!!!

My family of 4 spent 4 nights in this apartment and you can’t beat the location! We were right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps and could walk everywhere! The 2 bedrooms were nice sized and very dark, which made sleeping easy! You could add natural light to the rooms easily. It was great to have 2 bathrooms (2 toilets are a must with a family of 4.) The shower in the smaller bathroom is really small but it works and was great for our teenage boy! The check in process and communicate was great!!!

This apartment has an amazing location! We could basically walk everywhere or take the train - although we ended up using Uber most of the time because we were super tired. Even though it’s right in the city, the apartment is really quiet. The only issue was that just a few hours before check-in, we found out there was a late check-in fee and a tourist fee - neither of which had been mentioned before or listed on their page. I think this was a major communication issue. We had to pay in cash and figure out how to find an ATM late at night, which was a bit of a headache. The furniture also felt quite fragile, and the shower in the bathroom is really small - definitely uncomfortable.

This property is amazing! It is located in Piazza di Spagna half a block from the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain is a 10 minute walk. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The host, Alessandro, is so helpful and easy to communicate with -- he arranged our transport to the airport with a 4am pickup. We loved it!

The best location

Our stay here was fantastic. Not only was the apartment clean an quiet, but the beds were comfortable, A/C was nice and cool, and shower was nice!! But the location was the best part!! Right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps… shopping and restaurants were all around you! I would stay here again and again!

Amazing Location!!

Super convenient location at the base of the Spanish steps. Really easy access to all the sites of Rome. Very comfortable apartment, the tub in the bedroom was a great plus every evening for our sore feet! The kitchenette is basic, but more than enough to have coffee or tea, or cook a plate of pasta. Such a magical trip!

Great apartment for our three days in Rome. The location is amazing - right across the street from the Spanish Steps near Piazza di Spagna. We enjoyed the convenience and ability to get to Rome’s famous sites. Thank you!

A perfect location

We are two elderly with an adult grandson, so the small size of the apartment was perfect for us. The lift always worked, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus as we found it a very nice relief from the crowds and heat. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the whole check in/check out process was seamless.

Fantastic Apartment & Great Location

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location. The hosts Alessandro Laurance Camilo was extremely helpful. Luxurious apartment located in an exclusive and central location, right on the famous Piazza di Spagna. Piazza di Spagna, Spanish steps (O min) Trevi Fountain (5 min) Pantheon (10 min) Piazza del Popolo (10 min) Piazza Venezia (15 min) Piazza Navona (15 min) Colosseum (20 min) You will experience the most elegant area of Rome, a few steps from the pedestrian area of the Via del Corso and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is connected to the famous Via Condotti where you will find luxury brand shops.

Great 2BR apartment in Rome!

Great communication right from the beginning! I really appreciate the prompt responses to my messages, and the fact that he was able to accommodate my requests about checkin time and cruise ship terminal transfer — even at the last minute. The apartment itself is clean and efficient. We didn’t end up using the jacuzzi, but it is large and would have been lovely if we had wanted to use it. Beds were comfortable after a long day. Location was fantastic — right by Spanish Steps as well as shopping, restaurants, and taxi stand. There are 2 showers in the apartment — one is pretty traditional, but the other is open to the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of if you don’t like that sort of arrangement. Well-stocked coffee supplies and Nespresso machine. We would happily stay here again!
