We had a wonderful stay at Una Trastevere. The hotel offers a more upscale feeling and was a wonderful respite after a long day of walking. I was there with my husband in July and it was sweltering hot during the day but the hotel air conditioning worked like a dream and we were never hot in the hotel. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and quiet, overlooking the street on the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was great. Our room had a spacious closet, modern in room safe, mini bar and desk with espresso machine. Rainfall shower head, bidet, spacious sink and well working hair dryer along with toiletries was provided. The rooftop patio and restaurant were very nice and offered an elegant atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail or dinner. We didn’t try breakfast but we did have coffee in the breakfast area which was very good. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is it is a bit of a walk to the historical sights, but as this was not our first time in Rome we were ok with this and appreciated exploring Trastevere as the food in this area is wonderful and less costly as it is frequented by many locals.

The hotel is centrally located but not in the middle of the crowded areas which is exactly what I was looking for. Nice staff and clean hotel. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The only issue I had was that the coffee machine did not work in my room but the barista gave me free coffee to make up for it.

We stayed for three nights and hotel only offered ONE bottle of complementary water which was a pity for hot summer in Italy. The first day we went out for some sightseeing in the morning and came back after 5 hours for some rest and shower, however our room had not been cleaned. We had to stay in the lobby until they got someone to clean it! The other day when we asked for some ice to bring to the room as it was too hot, the receptionist told us to grab it by ourselves from the bar! I don’t think this was proper response from a four star hotel. We made a formal complaint about all these things however the guest relationship manager made no contact. Hotel was fine just need to improve their service, staff training and especially management!

My stay was wonderful. The hotel itself was gorgeous, very clean and simple in the rooms. Great location if you’re willing to walk a little bit farther into Rome for all the sites. The lobby and restaurant had great service and delish food. I had breakfast included every morning, with lots of variety! The rooftop bar and restaurant was even better! Food and drinks were great. Snacks with your drinks made it even better. Good location with lots of community and local restaurants around.
