Welcome to a spacious, quiet and bright apartment located in the heart of the Prati district, one of the most elegant and safest areas of Rome. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica and the metro, this property is the perfect starting point to explore the city with total ease. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, or small work teams looking for comfort, privacy, and a strategic location.
The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with independent air conditioning, large wardrobes, and bright windows overlooking quiet surroundings. Two rooms have double beds, while the third can be arranged with two single beds (which can be joined on request).
There are three modern and functional bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, courtesy kit, and soft towels. This setup offers maximum convenience and privacy for larger groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, and dishes. Whether you’re preparing a slow breakfast or a relaxing dinner at home, you’ll find everything at your fingertips.
