Loved this hotel! The room was nice with stylish decor. AC worked perfectly which was essential for Rome in July. The location is good, a short walk from Villa Borghese. The breakfast was delicious and cappuccino or espresso was provided. Accessing the hotel required an old elevator with max capacity of 3. This worked perfectly every time and didn’t cause any problems or inconvenience. Giorgio went above and beyond to help when we had airline baggage problems. Overall wonderful. Recommended!

Excellent! The Best! Topnotch! Our stay at Via Veneto Luxury Suites was truly exceptional — hands down the best place to stay in Rome! Huge thanks to the amazing owner and host, Giorgio Camponeschi, and his wonderful colleague Anastasia, for taking such great care of us throughout our 5-night stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying in the home of a close friend or family member. The comfort, safety, and top-tier amenities made it such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Giorgio is like a brother — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. On day one, he gave us all the insider tips: where to go, what to avoid, the best places to eat and shop — truly invaluable advice that made our trip even better. The location is fantastic, in a friendly neighborhood with easy access to everything. Even the nearby supermarket staff helped us out by calling a taxi during one of our day trips — a perfect example of the welcoming vibe all around. The rooms/suites are large, clean, and super comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and big smart TVs. Coming back in the evening felt like coming home. Breakfast was also a treat each morning! Yes, the elevator is vintage — older than we are — but riding it felt like a fun little adventure every time. Giorgio also arranged our airport transfer, which made everything even smoother. Honestly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return to Rome — Via Veneto Luxury Suites will always be our home in the Eternal City. Grazie!!!

We spent one day at the property, which is located on the 5th floor of a residential building (a small elevator is available). The staff was very welcoming, and the property is in immaculate condition. The property is about 20 minutes walking distance from the Trevi fountain, and about 30 minutes from the Pantheon. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and gelato places within 10 minutes' walking distance. Public transportation is also near by.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Via Veneto Luxury Suites

Perfect location 20 min walk from Termini Station and main attractions. Spacious, modern, very clean suite with queen bed and two singles - ideal for our family of four. The rooms truly lived up to the “luxury” description with excellent furnishings. Outstanding continental breakfast with fresh pastries, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs available on request. Giorgio and Anastasia were exceptional hosts - very attentive and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. Don’t miss asking Giorgio to show you the fascinating historical photos of how the apartments looked 100 years ago! Great service: provided detailed Rome map with major sights marked and invaluable restaurant recommendations for authentic Italian/Roman cuisine that aren’t tourist traps - this saved us money and led to amazing meals! Free bag storage until 6pm after checkout was very convenient. Note: 5th floor location with charming but small traditional lift (3 people max) or marble stairs - quite a workout with luggage! Entrance can be tricky to find initially, but Giorgio met us at the lift to welcome us. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for families visiting Rome!

The best experience I had while visiting Italy. The staff was super super super nice. So close from Roma Terminal. Walking distance to Spanish steps and Trivi. The room was so fancy and nicely upgraded. Will never forget the taste of the morning croissants filled with pistachio cream! Thank you to Anastasia who genuinely cared about my trip and places I wanted to go. Helped with map and great suggestions. Booked us a taxi to airport for 4 am and checked with me to make sure me and my sister made it on time! Highly recommend!!

Great hotel, actually there are 7 very nice and comfortable rooms on the 5th floor of the building close to Villa Borghesse park. Our host, Giorgio, made our stay even better by preparing eggs and cappuccinos for breakfast, had a great selection of pastries, and more. He also took the time to recommend sites to visit and restaurants to try. Highly recommend.

This was truly a wonderful stay . The rooms were spotlessly clean & comfortable. There was breakfast included which was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. Keep in mind this space is in a mixed use building so the outside does not scream “hotel”.
