The bathrooms are 3 of which one inside a room. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available to customers.
"Welcome in Spanish Steps" is suitable for families in general and with children, groups of friends, couples; It can not accommodate pets even if small and is for non-smokers only.

TOURIST TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival at the apartment the owner will ask for the payment of the Tourist Tax (local tax of the Municipality of Rome) in cash of € 6 per person per day.
For children under 10 years the tax is not due.
