Your stay is hosted by FLX Rentals, a trusted property management company in the Finger Lakes region. Feel free to reach out with any questions or for additional accommodation.

Perfect for a group of friends or two couples, the primary ensuite bedroom can be configured as a King Bed or two twins. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen size bed and exercise equipment. Work from "home" in either bedroom with dedicated workspaces, we won't tell your boss!

The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze with ample counter space and stainless-steel appliances.

After exploring the areas finest waterfalls, restaurants, wineries, and lakes, relax in the hot tub under the twinkling starlit sky.

Enjoy lake access at our community boat ramp, beach pavilion, and swimming area. Located about 1/2 mile, you can take a leisurely walk down or a quick drive. We highly suggest you plan to watch the sunset at the pavilion at least one night while you are here. The Seneca Sunsets just can't be beat!

Boat parking is available on the house's property on our second driveway so you can bring your boat and launch at the ramp. We have views of the lake and the incredible Seneca sunsets!

We recommend arriving by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Finger Lakes. As you already know, we offer free parking at the property. Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in the area, so ask us about our designated driver recommendations!

Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax in the luxurious hot tub.

★ PARKING ★
Upon arrival, you will notice two driveways. One is in front of the garage, and the other is to the immediate left. Please feel free to park in either space, but no street parking is allowed overnight.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

This home is located within and HOA and subject to HOA Rules and Regulations.
