Staying here provides you full access to 60 feet of your own private lakefront just across the road and down a stone path through a lush grassy yard. Along with cherry orchards, private pond with covered seating, and beautiful shaded lawn alongside a natural creek bed. Spend the day touring nearby wineries on both Cayuga and Seneca Lake Wine Trails, then find your favorite space on the estate to uncork and unwind.

This quaint two-bedroom guesthouse provides you with all comforts you will need during your stay. Inside you will find a comfortable open living and dining area equipped with an efficiency kitchen which includes cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot and tea kettle. The gathering space is plenty large enough to entertain a group of four with lush sofas and large flat screen TV.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with Queen-size luxury beds, both with attached private bathrooms including modern showers.

Take full advantage of this one-of-a-kind setting. Start your day with quiet meditation next to the pond or a morning stroll along the countryside overlooking Cayuga Lake. Cool off on a hot day in the crystal waters of Cayuga Lake where your private beach is complete with Adirondack chairs and a firepit for watching the stars reflect off the evening lake.

Exploring Finger Lakes wine country couldn't be easier than from this location. Within 10 miles you have access to a dozen award-winning wineries including Hosmer, Thirsty Owl, Knapp, and the infamous Three Brothers Winery and Brewery. For any history buffs, Seneca Falls is also a short drive to frequent the Women's Rights National Historical Park or the inspiration location of the iconic It's a Wonderful Life movie and annual festival.
