Cozy apartment for up to 4 people. Right in the heart of Roses, surrounded by shops, restaurants and everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Just 1 minute walk from Playa de la Punta. The apartment has a lovely balcony where you can sunbathe or enjoy a drink. Perfect for those looking to be close to the sea, with all amenities within walking distance.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 1.93 per person per night. Animals: 25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
