Welcome to our modern apartment facing the sea, located on the second floor with elevator in the Roses Holiday Center building. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people.
Comfortable and modern 37 m² accommodation, located on the beachfront, overlooking the sea with a large 16m2 terrace.
It has a modern American-style kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and living room with a sofa bed for 1 person. Equipped with bistro sets and stools for breakfast and dinner indoors or outdoors, where you can enjoy a Nespresso coffee.
If you are not going to dine in one of the hundreds of restaurants in Roses: the electric stove, the microwave, the elegant SMEG toaster and kettle will help you cook your meals as you like or be inspired by Audrey Hepburn's recipe book that you will find in the small bookstore.
You will have a sofa to watch your favorite Netflix series on a good size Smart TV. You can wear the Dyson Hot+Cool Air purifier as your cooling fan in the summer or as a heater for the colder days. And you can breathe purified air all year round. Finally you can relax on the bamboo chairs on the terrace with stunning views of the beautiful Bay of Roses.
From the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom and the terrace you will have a full view of the sea! Dream with the sound of the waves...
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, ironing facilities, an outdoor pool for a refreshing swim.
