Our apartment in the villa sea beach is located. 1 Row to the sea in the lake road and located in the second Floor.

From the balcony you can enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and the beach. On sunny days, you can start with a breakfast on the balcony in the day or end the day with a glass of wine.

The 90 square meter apartment has 2-4 people enough space. You have a spacious living room with open, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a cozy sofa and a piano available.

The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and another with bath, available.

The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The apartment has a lovely balcony with stunning sea views.

Due to recent events, we would like to inform you that the Seestraße (where the apartment is located) is being renovated and that restrictions on the parking situation and noise pollution are to be expected.

Our apartment is located right on the promenade in the lake road opposite the beach and the sea. You just have to cross the street and you're on the beautiful white wide beach of Warnemünde. Here you can swim, surf or just lie in the sun.

Warnemünde is a picturesque little fishing village that has retained its original character. The old power and his old fishing port is not far. Nearby you will find a wide range of dining establishments.

The over 100 years old Warnemunde Lighthouse is about 30 feet high. On the 2 viewing platforms in 13 and 25 meters in height, you can enjoy to September from May, the wonderful view of the town, the beach and the two moles or watching the departure and arrival of the Scandinavian ferries.

Balcony views

A very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a prime position overlooking the lighthouse and beaches. A lovely promenade for our daily 5k walk. Several restaurants and supermarkets close by. Warnemünde is a wonderful place to visit.

Stylish comfortable apartment

The apartment was stylish, well equipped and comfortable in a good position near to the promenade, with sea view from the balcony and lovely sunsets. The Wi-fi provided worked well, bathrooms were good. There are extensive construction works outside the apartment in progress at the moment but this didn’t spoil our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Beste Lage, toller Ostsee- Blick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top - genau am Leuchtturm und Teepott gelegen, Strandzugang und nur um die Ecke vom Alten Strom. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung.
