For the money, it’s a good comfortable hotel. We travel for work and this was great for the price.

The woman at the front desk was so, so, sweet. Very friendly and easy to work with. However, it was pretty noisy and the room had a weird smell and the lobby was pretty dirty

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews. I didn’t worry too much about the bad reviews since I know how picky some people can be. I should have taken them more seriously. Pros were the lobby area was very nice and clean. The staff were awesome and very friendly. The fridge was large and the AC was cold. Cons were the room was dirty. So dirty, I had to go and buy cleaning products to clean the room myself. While sitting at the desk, I touched a gooey substance on the corner of desk and when I went to wipe it off, it looked like green boogers. The sheets I’m almost positive belonged to grandma Moses. The comforter was not much better. One of the beds had the dirtiest box springs I’ve ever seen, and the bed made horrible squeaking noises every time I moved. Another item from grandma Moses. The inside of the microwave was clean, but the outside was disgustingly filthy. The towels looked like someone used them to wash their car. I also had to buy washcloths. The pillows were horribly lumpy and old. Our window was unlocked when we arrived. The side door did not fully close and the lock was missing altogether. Cigarettes were all over the ground as well as banana peels and other trash. I understand that the hotel is being remodeled, and I wouldn’t have minded the outdated furnishings IF things had been clean. I didn’t complain to the front desk, but I should have. I didn’t think another room would have been any better. I’m just thankful we didn’t get bed bugs.

First room the ac didnt work the second room they us put in the ac had no knobs then they told us the thermostat was on the wall so it worked. Went to dinner came back and after a few hours of trying to relax someone knocked on my door i said just a minute and someone unlocked my door and tried to open the door luckilyi had the latch closed on the door. I hollered at them and when i got to the door 2 men were standing there saying that my ac was not working i told them it was and dont ever just walk into someones room. Of course i was loud and upset 😡 told them thats how people get shot. I would tell anyone that is thinking of staying here to find some where else. Will never use this hotel again.
