Guest Access:

Cedar View is a self-contained unit set off to the side of the owner's main residence, with its own private entrance. You'll have the whole unit and the spa pool to yourselves; the main residence is fully separate and locked off.



The Neighborhood:

Cedar View sits in Ngongotahā, a peaceful lakeside pocket on the quieter, north-western side of Rotorua - close to the lakes and forest walks, yet only a short drive from the big-name attractions. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are barely seven minutes away, with the lakefront, Polynesian Spa, Wai Ariki Spa and Te Puia around fifteen and the Redwoods Forest a little beyond. Ngongotahā village, a few minutes down the road, has a supermarket, cafes and takeaways.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of Rotorua, and there's off-street parking for guests. Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are about 7 minutes away, the city centre, lakefront and Te Puia around 15, the Redwoods roughly 20, and Rotorua Airport 25 minutes. Ngongotahā village and its supermarket and cafes are just a few minutes down the road.

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. Cedar View is a self-contained unit attached to the owner's main residence but with its own private entrance; the main residence is separate and locked off. The kitchenette suits breakfasts, coffee and simple meals rather than large-scale cooking.
