Guests near us (sounded like locals) had a party with heavy beat music and loud talking/laughter from 8pm through 2.30am. As there are no phones in the room to contact reception, there was no facility to complain other than confrontation hence no sleep till after 2.30am!

Three nights family holiday

The hotel is situated in a fairly convenient location. Closed the supermarkets and food outlets. The room itself is fairly modern. Unfortunately the staircase and corridor look very old and outdated. One of our room's bathroom fan was not working properly and they fixed it as we checked into the room. Unfortunately the heater in our other room is not working. No staff available after 6pm which was very stranger.

I stay here before for work and its, really convenient. This time the room I got was way better, even though my first room was new and nice. This room I had a bigger bathroom and shower I could get under. will be staying here more for work

Looked forward to a 'nice' stay away, only to find out that the restaurant was closed for renovations, and the swimming pool was also closed!, disappointing as both these were a factor to booking this accommodation. The heater didn't work in our room in the first night (which outside temp was 1degree!), this did get fixed however once mentioned. Also the room was not serviced for the 3 day duration that we stayed!.

I was staying here for work we needed something affordable clean and comfortable and met all those simple needs for work accommodation. I was blown away with my, welcome at the reception he was very polite and super helpful and very professional. His attention to detail and knowledge really stood out Prinesh I hope that was right.
