Room was too small for two queen beds . There were no drawer space to put clothes in . Having safe almost on the floor was difficult to operate . Lots of noise from banging doors and rooms were not soundproofed .Woken each morning at 6.30am when people were leaving for breakfast.

Absolutely loved it. However we were not given the room we actually booked. We booked the superier king bed lakefacing. We got a room with 2 queen beds. They could not move us as had no lakefacing superier rooms available. Said Expedia double booked? Not a big deal but disappointing on our special weekend away.. Loved that the Polynesian Spa's were a 2 min walk away

It was an amazing family trip and a good experience. I believe the room was renovated, and all amenities were satisfactory. All the staff are very kind. I recommend this hotel for a visit to Rotorua.

Ask for one of the new rooms

I love the new rooms. Great layout for business travel with a desk that looks out to the view and nicely decorated. I like how the hot pools are adults only. Perfect to unwind after a busy working day. Definitely be sure to get a new room, as the old rooms are getting a bit tired.
