Lovely property for a one night trip. Great amenities such as pool. We were kindly upgraded but the room was near the pool so a bit of noise and we were worried about the midnight closure time for the pool but luckily no one stayed out after 10pm. Pillows were very soft and not to our liking but that’s preferences. Would be nice addition to have discounted breakfast for those staying with hotel at buffet. Decided to go elsewhere for breakfast

Good but….

Stayed in a Deluxe Balcony King Room. Whilst the bed was comfy, the room was showing bad signs of wear and tear eg bath & sink chipped/cracked, carpet coming away beside wardrobe, bathroom grouting discoloured/mouldy. Attention to cleaning not good eg found long black hair in bath - I’ve short silver hair and husband is practically bald!! Chose to have evening meal off A La Carte menu, rather than the extensive buffet, curry was bland, poppadoms & naan bread were extremely greasy. Breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was certainly very enjoyable. Very deceptive photo of swimming pool, much smaller than it looks in picture. WiFi signal good. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Great location

Very nice location. Can see steam vents & gyser. Wish there was a hand rail to make it easier to get out of hot tub. Pool nice. Around the corner from Te Puia.

For a Hotel that has stars, it misses the mark. Hair in bed. Brown stains around tap and plug hole in the bathroom sink. (We took pictures)No sliding doors(looks like they removed didnt bother to replace) no table. For the amount of money we paid for one night it was disappointing. Never go there again.

The TV had difficulty connecting for movies. They moved us once and gave us another room so we could relax at night with a movie. The refrigerator was missing a dial and we couldn't turn it up. They let us use the kitchen refrigerator.
