Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Excellent service but room needs fixing

Badly stained carpet, bathroom door handle loose. Apart from that, good. It looks over the Seine but also a boulevard, so lots of cars (noisy). Excellent service. If you don't book your parking ahead, there is one just around the corner, just go to the hotel first to get a hotel pass ($20/night)

Only person working spoke/understood no English-- fortunately I am reasonably fluent in French, but my companion was not and the hotel specified English was spoken. Zimmer und Bett waren zwar okay, aber sehr billige Möbel. Zimmertür war gleichzeitig Haustür. Diese war erstens zu dünn, es zog rein von außen und das durchsichtige Rollo konnte das Licht der durchsichtigen Scheiben in der Tür nicht verdunkeln. Ordentliches Bad, aber sehr versiefter, widerlicher Dichtungsübergang zwischen Duschtasse und Fliesen.
