Excelente hotel para ver a Aurora Boreal

Adoramos o hotel, excelentes instalações e serviços oferecidos,, quartos confortáveis , boa roupa de cama, café da manhã e jantar excelentes. A equipe é muito profissional e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos, desde informações até o transporte para outros lugares que fomos visitar. A noite de 04/03/2025 ficará guardada em nossos corações, a Aurora Boreal estava magnífica, sendo que conseguimos visualizar na área do hotel, ao lado do lago, onde há uma cabana com está finalidade.. Agradecemos a todos os funcionários, muito obrigado!

All good,only thing is if you will stay more than 3 days you will need to shop at the supermarket,caouye the rsstaurant is good,but very limited menu ! Other thing is transportation is at least &42 euros or more to the city center each way!! But the hotel is very good ,staff is very nice and rooms are spacius with kitchens!!👍👌 Another good thing is they have all the activigies availables fof you👍🙏 Thanks for everything!!

Este hotel para los que buscamos la naturalez y el descanso, adicional a ver las Auroras Boreales , es perfecto. Siempre fue calido y cordial conmigo, atención recomendada plenamente a todos. Desafortunadamente tour a ver las Auroras (empresa que presta el servicio al hotel y por el cual yo lo escogí), a pesar de que la noche estaba nublada, hizo el recorrido, con obvio resultado, cero visualización. Y aun así no reintegro el dinero

Friendly receptionist and good breakfast

The staff is the highlight of the property. The rooms are not heated enough and there is no lift. The breakfast was fresh. The location is away from Rovaniemi airport and city.

This hotel is ideal if you want to stay away from the city centre life. However, if you want to visit Rovaniemi and what it has to offer, you do need a car.
