53 km to the south from Rovaniemi, lake Särkikämä 25 m (length 4 km, width 2 km), shallow beach, hard sanded bottom, large pier, own rowing boat and electric outboard motor.
Log cabin, built in 2020. Living room, kitchenette and dining area, 3 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, washroom/WC and large covered terrace.
Lakeside sauna (32 m²) with steam room, washroom (2 showers) and dressing room. Kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, hotplates and coffee maker in the dressing room. There is also a covered porch (30 m²) with fireplace and hot tub and open terrace at the lakeside sauna. Please order the hot tub for extra fee from the owner latest 3 days before arrival. The owner will guide you in using the hot tub and will charge a usage fee on site (1-3 days € 150 and 4-7 days € 200 in 2025). The hot tub is oil heated and automated. The thermostat keeps the water evenly warm.

Kiviniemi is a versatile holiday home in a beautiful location by a clear-water and fishy lake. The lake is on the west side, so the evening sun warms up in the best way.
Water in the tap comes from own well and contains manganese, which causes taste and smell into water. Owner brings drinking water.
The hot tub is oil-heated and automated. The thermostat keeps the water evenly warm. The owner guides you how to use the hot tub and charges a usage fee on site (weekend 150 €, week 200 € in 2023).
Neighboring cabin on both sides, distance is about 30 m. Next door, Puuhamaa cabin 7806, which lakeside sauna’s back wall is within 20-meter distance. However, there is still own peace in both cabins. Puuhamaa and Kiviniemi together offer comfortable accommodation for 16 people. You can order catering services from the owner.

Sleds for children, snowshoes and skis are available.
