Nicht empfehlenswert !

Dunkle fensterlose Wohnung mit alten kaputten Möbeln. Vermieter versucht alles aus der Ferne zu regulieren. Versteckte Kosten, z.B. E-Heitzung bei 24 Grad, verschiedene Angaben zu Höhe der Endreinigung und dann noch über die Höhe der Provision bei FeWo jammern. Duschen ohne Überschwemmung kaum möglich. Küche und Bad riechen unangenehm. Alles lieblos und vordergründig pekuniär. NEIN DANKE!

Molto carino

L’appartamento é in centro ma appartato e con accesso diretto al mare. Per questo é abbastanza unico nel suo genere rispetto alle proprietà intorno. Pulito, abbastanza fornito, e molto facile da raggiungere dal parcheggio del porto.
