Best view and location in Rovinj

As expected as we visited the house/appartment two years ago. Simplistic apartment on the absolute best location possible. Direct view bedroom and from terrasse to the Adriatic see. Even saw dolphins from the terrasse.

Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse direkt am Meer ist ein Traum. Herr Hinterreiter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich super um alles.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung mit genialer Lage direkt am Meer, hatten im 1. OG die Wohnung 3 und zumindest ein Fenster zur Terrasse/Meer. Können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen, einziger Haken ist der Transport des Gepäcks vom Auto zur Wohnung, da man nicht mal bis zum Rand der Altstadt fahren kann. Haben aber vorsichtshalber klappbare Sackkarren mitgenommen, dies können wir nur empfehlen. Parkplatz haben wir über den Vermieter auch gebucht, ist aber 1,2km entfernt. Wenn man dieses Haus bucht, sollte man während des Urlaubs nicht ständig mit dem Auto fahren wollen. Kleinere Lebensmittel bekommt man auch direkt im Ort. Schön wäre es, wenn auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus nicht ständig Touristen auftauchen würden, wenn man nur in Badebekleidung in der Sonne liegt. Dabei wäre es einfach möglich, ab Beginn der Terrasse ein Schild mit „Privat“ aufzustellen. Oder zumindest einen Hinweis auf „Sackgasse“. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen, es war einfach traumhaft!
