This beautifully renovated stone house is located in Rovinjsko Selo, only 5 minutes by car from picturesque Rovinj and the sea. This semi-detached house is one of the oldest buildings in town and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The ground floor features a kitchen with a dining area and a restroom. On the first floor is the air-conditioned living room with a single bed. The bedroom, which also has air conditioning and features a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom, are located in the attic. You’ll feel right at home in these bright, spacious rooms!

Easy to find and get to, great host who took the time to show us around and familiarise us with the facilities. Got some good tips on what to do. Area was mostly quiet residential. Great location for access to Rovinj and the Istrian area. Had a relaxing comfortable enjoyable time!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus auf drei Etagen mit schönem Garten in absolut ruhiger Lage. Etwas außerhalb von Rovinj gelegen entgeht man den Touristenmassen, ist jedoch in 5-10min mitten im Geschehen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gute Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und besonders zu preisgünstigigen Parkmöglichkeiten geben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Urlaub im romantischen Künstlerhaus

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus, welches in echt noch viel toller ist, als auf den Bildern. Alan,der Besitzer, hat uns freundlich und sehr aufgeschlossen empfangen,die Kommunikation war stets komplikationslos. Er hat uns viele Tips für Restaurants etc gegeben, auch die Entfernung eines frisch gebauten Wespennestes ging noch am selben Tag über die Bühne. Die Handtücher wurden 1x gewechselt,was garnicht nötig gewesen wäre - super Service! Das Haus war bis in die kleinste Ecke super sauber, tolle Ausstattung, es steckt sehr viel Liebe zum Detail überall. Im Garten ein Feigenbaum, Granatapfelbaum, Kräuter und eine mit Wein bewachene Terasse - einfach idyllisch! Aufgrund der sommerlichen Hitze von 36Grad und Nachttemperaturen von 27Grad konnten wir den Garten nicht so nutzen, wie gehofft, dafür aber die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer! Die lage des Hauses ist nicht "mittendrin", man hat es aber herrlich ruhig und alles gut erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben wundervolle Tage im Haus und insbesondere im Garten und der Terasse verbracht. Es gab eine Vielzahl an Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alan und Arijana sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die uns mit sehr vielen guten Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen versorgt haben.

Ein wunderschönes, hochwertig renoviertes Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Die überdachte Terrasse, teils unter den Weinreben, der kleine Garten mit Aussenküche und seinen Bäumen ist die Aussenoase. Die romantische Stadt Rovinj und Strände sind in ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alan ist ein sehr sympathischer, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, den wir besonders schätzen gelernt haben. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Toller Urlaub

Rovinj und Umgebung sind genial. Strände und Wanderwege super. Sowohl schöne, kleine Buchten mit Liegeplätzen auf Felsplatten als auch Strännde mit Bar und Liegen (Miete pro Tag €5,00 pro Liege !) Wir haben am Gold Cap mit Blick auf Rovin den Sonnenuntergang genossen und am weniger besuchten Plätzen ein Abend Picknick am Strand genossen.Die Wanderung zum Limski Kanal war super (Trckingschuhe etfordrlich, der Weg führt ordentlich abwärts und auch wieder hoch, vor der Grote mit Anstieg von 30%). Das Haus von Alan und Arijana ist wirklich toll. Wir waren dort für 14 Tage zusammen mit unserer 14 jährigen Tochter. Schöne Terasse um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Mitnahme von Fahrrädern. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch. Alan hatte super Ausflugstipps für uns. Wenn überhaupt, gibt es aus unserer Sicht nur eine kleine negativ Anmerkung. Die Straße welche zur Autobahn (Pula/Reikja) läuft relativ unweit vom Haus voebei, und ist auf der Terasse deutlich zu hören. Vielleicht sind wir da aber auch etwas sensibel.

Wunderschönes Steinhaus

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten in einem abgeschlossen Grundstück. Es ist überaus geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Alan hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit vielen Informationen zur Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in perfekter Nähe zur Stadt, wunderschön eingerrichtet und sehr sauber. Davor ein sehr schöner, sonniger Garten mit Obstbäumen für den eigenen Verzehr. Gemütlich und ruhig gelegenes Haus

Waren begeistert von dem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus von Arijana und Alan. Das Grundstück liegt ca. 6 km von Rovinj entfernt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Garten und Haus waren super gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alan war super freundlich und hat uns Tipps gegeben bzw. war gut erreichbar. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Tolles Haus!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön hergerichtet. Der Vermieter Alan hat uns tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Es hat jede Menge Sitzgegelegenheiten im tollen Garten und eine schöne Outdoor-Küche. Einfach wunderbar. Wenn es nicht so weit weg wäre, würde ich Alan nach dem Preis fragen um es zu kaufen. :-))

A dir poco stupenda!

La casa si trova a pochi km in auto dalla frenetica Rovigno. Dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie), arredata con moltissimo gusto dai proprietari. Pulizia voto 10! E' una struttura che consiglio vivamente per vivere un soggiorno in totale relax. Inoltre i proprietari sono disponibilissimi e danno consigli utilissimi per godere al meglio la vacanza!
