We came in for the salsa Festival, it is a good distance from old town and the beach. About 10 mins walk. The house is clean and well kept. Big kitchen which helps saving money by having breakfast in. They should have some salt and sugar available for guests. You do have everything you need in there, I highly recommend staying there.
