The holiday flat is located in a detached house. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Rovinj. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
