This modern luxury villa offers, among other things, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious, comfortable living space for 10 people, sauna, whirlpool and a 60 square meter private pool. Let us take you on a tour.

On the first floor you will find an open plan spacious living area with dining area and kitchen for 10 people, a guest toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The living/dining area offers direct access to the pool and outdoor area. The bedroom on the first floor also has balcony doors leading to the outside area.

On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom also has its own terrace. The last bedroom and bathroom are located on the top floor. This bedroom also has access to the terrace with a comfortable seating area.

The basement offers a pool table, darts, table soccer and a sauna with shower.

The outdoor area offers the aforementioned 60 square meter pool, a whirlpool, outdoor dining area with barbecue as well as a covered seating area.
