The sea is directly in front of the house - ideal for swimming or relaxing on the rocky beach. Just around 100 metres away is a well-maintained gravel beach with shady spots. Another restaurant and a supermarket are conveniently within walking distance.



On the second floor, you will find four modern equipped south-facing rooms with a balcony and magnificent sea view extending to the old town of Rovinj, as well as three additional rooms with a large terrace and view of the adjacent forest. All rooms are suitable for two to three people and feature a modern bathroom with shower and WC, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and a refrigerator.



The rich breakfast is served daily on the garden terrace, and in bad weather, a cosy breakfast room is available. In the outdoor area, there are eight free parking spaces and an outdoor shower with cold water. The large garden with shaded areas invites you to linger.



The hosts speak Croatian, English, German, Italian and Slovenian and are known for their warm hospitality. A small pet up to 10 kg may be brought along.



The offered room is located on the second floor and provides approximately 18 m² of living space as well as a private south-facing balcony with an impressive sea view. It is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, WiFi, desk, mirror, and additional folding bed. The modern bathroom offers a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer.



The location is ideal for those who appreciate peace and nature, but still seek proximity to the city. The old town of Rovinj with its romantic alleys, galleries and restaurants is just a few minutes away. In the surrounding area, numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, sailing, cycling, hiking, kayaking or wine tastings are available.
