The terrace is covered and has an outdoor kitchen where you can also prepare delicious meals outdoors. On the upper floor there are two further terraces with views of the surrounding greenery. The first beaches can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Visit the enchanting town of Rovinj with its church of St Euphemia, but the small town of Bale also exudes a special charm and is well worth a visit. There is a large, salt-treated pool on the property where you can swim and relax.
