The management and staff were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, the bedrooms if a bit plain were comfortable with new-looking shower rooms. The hotel is a lovely old building and very convenient for the town centre.

Great experience

Great value for money. Room tastefully decorated with lots of space. Breakfast was lovely and the waitress was so good with my son. Location fantastic for both Leamington Spa and Warwick Castle which is where we had spent the day. Would definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate to stay again if i ever in the area!

The staff were amazing at this family owned hotel. It’s close to the centre of Leamington and a nice walk into town. Breakfast was amazing every day and my single room was small but adequate. The attention of the management and staff to make sure your needs were met were really pleasing. My only gripe was that my bed had very squeaky bed springs and every turn was loud enough to wake me up! Other than that, highly recommended.
