Charming 3-star apartment by the sea. Ideally located in the heart of the seaside resort of Royan. Enjoy a spacious entrance hall, a living room opening onto a terrace (with a sofa bed that converts to a 160cm bed), an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a large bedroom (two 90cm beds that can be joined to form a 180cm bed) also opening onto the terrace, a lovely shower room, and a separate toilet. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access in a modern building, this is the perfect apartment: modern and tastefully decorated. Leave your car in the parking lot and explore everything on foot! The beach and all shops are within easy walking distance.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted.

Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service is available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required.
