Why do hotel designers think it is OK to have an ensuite bathroom with no door? A curtain is not an adequate replacement for a door. This was a big issue for us. Also the only seating in our room was 1 dining chair and 1 stool when there was room for something more comfortable. I don't want to have to sit on the bed, particularly at the price this hotel came in at. Everything else was very good.

If another room, with a lockable bathroom door, was available, we would have offered this to you. Lovely reception from the staff and an upgrade is always very well appreciated. Had a drink in the lovely bar area before going out to dinner. I would decimate est in the restaurant next time after looking at the menu. Breakfast was also lovely with a great choice of continental or cooked choices. The room was by far the most well equipped room I have ever stayed in, even included GHD tongs, iron and board plus tea/ coffee machine and cookies! Staff were fabulously friendly too.

My bridesmaids and i stayed here the night before my wedding. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and even gave us a bottle of bubbles to celebrate.
