Ruhig und zentral, auf einer sonnigen Anhöhe inmitten von Wiesen, liegt unser gepflegtes Bauernhaus. Die gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen mit Balkon sind liebevoll im bayerischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Unser Haus ist nur 20 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum sowie 200m von der Dorfbus-Haltestelle entfernt und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für ihre Urlaubsaktivitäten. Wander- und Fahrradwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Freibad und Erlebnisbad Vita-Alpina, sowie Gaststätten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleich neben dem Haus führt eine der zahlreichen, bestens gepflegten Loipen des Ruhpoldinger Schiwanderwege-Netzes vorbei. Das Skigebiet Unternberg ist nur ca. 500 m entfernt. Familien mit Kindern sind herzlich willkommen! Haustiere auf Anfrage.
Unser Ferienappartement ist klein aber fein. Es besteht aus einem gemütlichen, im bayerischen Landhausstil, mit viel Holz eingerichteten Wohn-Schlaf-Raum. Ausgestattet ist dieser mit einem Schrank-Doppelbett, Sofa, Essecke, Kabel-TV, Radio und komplett eingerichteter Kochecke sowie Bad mit Dusche und WC. Das Ferienappartement hat eine Größe von 23 m². Auf dem sonnigen Südbalkon oder der ruhigen Liegewiese können Sie die herrliche unverbaute Aussicht auf Wiesen und Berge und die Ruhe genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen.

Klein aber richtig fein!

Dem kleinen Appartement fehlt es an nichts. Super sauber, komplett ausgestattet, auch der Küchenbereich hat alles, was man zum Urlauben braucht. Die Vermieterin ist klasse - nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit! Es war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt!
