H/V, A/C, 2 Mr. coffee coffee makers, Wi-Fi and 3,023sq ft. NOTE: FIREPLACE IS NOT USEABLE. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.

The property had an unpleasant sewer smell when we arrived. I masked the smell with air fresheners spaced throughout the condo. The property accommodated 9 adults, 5 children (2-8 yrs), and 1 infant. I reported maintenance needs, a response.
