Open floorplan with full bed, TV, bath and laundry on main. Climb up to the loft to watch TV, play games or have a restful nap on the twin (can be converted to king) daybed. Large firepit for hanging out and knocking off the evening chill! Charcoal grill, yard games, and hammocks for your use...plus the string lights will create an ambiance that allows the fun to continue into the night. Plenty of parking for horse or motorcycle trailer. *Please Note* We do NOT allow pets at this time.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all used pillowcases, sheets and blankets and pile in floor.
Put all bath linens in the washing machine. You don't have to start. Put dishes in dishwasher and start load.
Take all trash to big can at rear of the house. Gather all food and perishables to take with you. Lights off. Set AC to cool 73

Fabulous experience from start to finish. No amenity was overlooked. The decor was perfect the use of space incredible the gated property with state of the art locks was a dream. The property is gorgeous and a quick 10 min drive to TIEC. I hated to leave as Ashleigh the host was beyond amazing. Cannot wait to come back!

This was the best experience we’ve ever had at a VRBO (and we’ve stayed in a lot) the place is EVERYTHING you hope it will be when you’re booking it! Clean, better than expected, comfortable, well equipped! The location is perfect if you’re horse showing at TIEC! The management was amazing, helpful, and great with communication! We will be back over and over!

Great Vacation

We had a great stay! The cabin and the grounds are wonderful. Very private, clean, enjoyable property. This is my new VRBO spot for all my trips back to Rutherfordton to spend time with my family.
