Vacasa was very unhelpful. Check-in instructions were incomplete, access code was not sent with instructions. Spent 45 minutes on hold while standing at the property to get a code into the building. Unit is listed as B-xx. Buildings are labeled 1 and 2. Vacasa did not know which building we were located in. The initial code they sent me didn't work on either building. In the unit: fireplace didn't work. front doorknob is missing a screw making the handle very loose. Bunk beds upstairs are not anchored to the wall and very shaky. Unit wasn't very clean. Crumbs on kitchen chairs, used kcup in coffee maker...
