No third party booking (the name of the booker should be the same as the one who is staying)
Security Deposit 800 usd will be required cash on check in and will be refunded at the end of the stay after the electricity and water bills are paid.
To use the fitness center please go down to the underground parking to the Cbre office to get a gym access card (you'll be asked to leave a 500 baht deposit to be returned to you when you give the card back at the end of your stay)
- do not put sanitary napkins or tissues in to the toilet bowl, use bins provided;
- take off your shoes before entering the house;
- please be responsible guest, turn off air conditioners and lights when you are not in the house;
- lost key 500baht charge will be imposed;
- do not take any decor, books and magazines out of the house;
- do not smoke inside the house (fifteen thousand baht fine will be applied);
- please, keep silence after nine pm in the house and the pool;
- you break it - you buy it.
